II \u2013 If It Doesnt Work, Here is What to Do;<\/p>\n

I \u2013 Qnap Blue Login Screen Problem, (Loading Page Hang Issue)<\/strong><\/p>\n

1. Login your NAS with SSH client such as Putty:\u00a0www.chiark.greenend.org.uk\/~sgtatham\/putty\/download.html<\/a><\/p>\n

2. Type below command:
\nrm \/etc\/config\/.qos_config\/users\/admin<\/p>\n

3. Reboot your NAS<\/p>\n

.<\/p>\n

II \u2013 If It Doesnt Work, Here is What to Do;<\/strong><\/p>\n

0) please reboot your NAS without any HDDs, and wait 2 beeps<\/p>\n

(power off NAS . unplug \/ disconnect all HDDs. power on NAS without any HDD ..)<\/p>\n

1) login NAS via SSH with \u201cadmin\u201d account and password \u201cadmin\u201d<\/p>\n

(ex:putty\u00a0http:\/\/the.earth.li\/~sgtatham\/putty\/lat \u2026 \/putty.exe<\/a>) port 22<\/p>\n

(Mac user please open Terminal and type: ssh admin@your_NAS_IP)<\/p>\n

2) insert\/connect all HDDs in your NAS.(at NAS power on status)<\/p>\n

3) follow these Linux command:<\/p>\n

# config_util 1<\/p>\n

# config_util 4<\/p>\n

# storage_boot_init 1<\/p>\n

# cp \/etc\/default_config\/uLinux.conf \/mnt\/HDA_ROOT\/.config\/<\/p>\n

# rm -r \/etc\/config<\/p>\n

# ln -sf \/mnt\/HDA_ROOT\/.config \/etc\/config<\/p>\n

# setcfg -f \/etc\/config\/uLinux.conf Misc configured TRUE<\/p>\n

# e2fsck -f \/dev\/sda4<\/p>\n

# mount \/dev\/sda4 \/mnt\/ext<\/p>\n

# ln -sf \/mnt\/HDA_ROOT\/update \/mnt\/update<\/p>\n

# rm \/sbin\/lock_system_update; echo \u2018#!\/bin\/sh\u2019 > \/sbin\/lock_system_update; chmod +x \/sbin\/lock_system_update<\/p>\n

4) update your NAS F\/W via QNAP Finder \u201cTools\u201d >>> \u201cUpdate F\/W\u201d<\/p>\n

and choose F\/W image to update it.<\/p>\n
